As a Growth Operations Executive, you'll work closely with our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to accelerate their growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing growth strategies that align with our companies' objectives. You'll use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Salesforce to track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making. With a focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our portfolio companies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day operations of portfolio companies, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive performance.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Salesforce to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies, fostering their growth and success.
• Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new investment opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth in a venture capital or startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
