📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately using our in-house POS system
- Assist with table service, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery
- Promote our menu items and special offers to enhance sales
- Participate in team meetings and follow health and safety protocols
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid work permit for Indonesia
