📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee tourism programs, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for visitors.
• Work closely with local guides, hotels, and transportation providers to create and manage itineraries.
• Manage logistics, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during travel programs.
• Ensure all aspects of the travel experience meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tourism programs and attract visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of tourism program activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Yogyakarta's cultural and historical sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to tourism.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
