As an Assistant Baker at PRIELA Gluten Free Artisan, you'll work closely with our Head Baker to prepare and bake a variety of gluten-free items, ensuring consistent quality and taste. You'll also assist in maintaining our bakery's clean and organized workspace, and support our team in delivering excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake gluten-free bread, pastries, and other baked goods using specialized equipment and techniques
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace, including cleaning equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the Head Baker in managing inventory and restocking ingredients as needed
• Assist in creating and testing new gluten-free recipes to expand our product offerings
• Help train and mentor new team members in baking techniques and gluten-free product preparation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer service and product presentation
• Participate in daily operations, including dough preparation, proofing, baking, and cooling processes
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve our baking processes and product quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a focus on gluten-free baking
• Strong knowledge of gluten-free baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Familiarity with baking software and tools, such as MixMaster or other recipe management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both customers and team members
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
