• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business processes and strategies.
• Collect, organize, and interpret performance data using advanced data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of performance management best practices and methodologies.
• Certification in performance management or a related field is a plus.
