📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align distribution processes with overall business goals.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve distribution efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the food manufacturing industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
• Analyze and report on distribution performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with logistics software like JDA or Manhattan Associates is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in the food manufacturing sector.
