📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage invoices and payments using Xero, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Track and categorize expenses, maintaining detailed records for all financial activities.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance manager in financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting software and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with Xero.
• Proficient in using Xero for accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
