📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a general affairs role.
- Proven track record in managing HR functions in a logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
