Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and make recommendations for improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.🛠️ Keahlian
