Risun Group is seeking a talented and bilingual Supply Operations/Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English will be crucial in this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with overall business operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to ensure they meet quality and service standards.,Prepare and analyze reports on supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.,Communicate effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams in both Mandarin and English.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.,Proven track record of managing supply chain processes and improving operational efficiency.,Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
