📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure projects,Oversee project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation,Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community leaders,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics,Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects,Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian infrastructure laws and regulations,Proven track record of successful project delivery,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with project management software and tools
