📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management and other departments on tax-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's tax practices are in compliance.,Manage and mentor junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax filings and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to PPh, PPN, and other relevant tax codes.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as Deloitte Tax, EY Tax, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
