📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support our programmes and initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programmes.
  • Lead a team of programme officers and volunteers.
  • Represent People's Association at national and international forums.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Manage the budget for partnerships and programmes.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in partnership management and programme development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in partnership management and programme development.
  • Proven track record of successful partnerships and programme outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of local and international development contexts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
