📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.,Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.,Implement and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability.,Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.,Mentor and train junior team members to develop their data analysis and business intelligence skills.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and other relevant laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a commercial business intelligence or data analysis role, with a focus on airline or travel industry preferred.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Solid understanding of commercial operations, sales, and marketing processes.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
