📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Identify and nurture high-potential employees through mentoring and coaching.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align talent development initiatives accordingly.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Monitor and analyze talent development metrics to ensure the effectiveness of programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing talent development programs.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.
