📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Report sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to support sales initiatives.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
