PT Permata Mulya Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support as needed.,Set and manage sales targets for the team, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in setting and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
