📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and attract top sales talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with sales managers to understand team needs and requirements.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams, providing feedback and support as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment and talent development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and attract top sales talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
