📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales orders, including order processing, tracking, and reporting.,Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate financial tracking.,Maintain and update customer and order databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales process improvements.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative role, preferably in the logistics or modular solutions industry.,Strong knowledge of sales operations processes, including order management, inventory control, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
