📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the HR department,Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts,Leading recruitment and onboarding processes,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations,Conducting performance appraisals and employee development programs,Managing HR information systems and data,Representing the company at HR-related events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Fluency in Indonesian and English
