Crown Village Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient cash handling process. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Pontianak. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and efficiently,Assist in inventory management by restocking and organizing products,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures,Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Reliable and punctual,Willingness to work remotely and follow company guidelines
