📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Monitor and report on staff performance, attendance, and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are adequate and properly stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cost control.,Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.,Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively from a distance.
