📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Maintain a clean and attractive outlet appearance, adhering to company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
