📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Provide financial support to project managers, ensuring accurate cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes and construction accounting.
