📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the procurement cycle.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of procurement activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
