📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.,Ensure the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing by following established protocols and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, answering questions and addressing concerns.,Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring compliance with regulations.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication orders and proper patient care.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient safety.,Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Valid pharmacy license and certification as required by local regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
