📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Design, implement, and maintain our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.,Automate and optimize our deployment pipelines, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.,Monitor and troubleshoot our systems, ensuring quick resolution of any issues that arise.,Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps space, and drive their adoption within our organization.,Participate in the hiring process for new team members, ensuring we bring on board the best talent.,Represent the DevOps team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a proven track record of leading teams and projects.,Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).,Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.,Professional certifications in DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.) are a plus.,Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.
