Overseeing the daily operations of the section and ensuring smooth workflow.,Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance.,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participating in team meetings and providing updates on section progress.,Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in section management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
