📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct inquiries about the company and its services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records,Handle front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences,Perform general administrative tasks as needed,Promote a welcoming and professional environment,Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and multitasking skills,Professional and friendly demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus
