📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, provide training, and recognize achievements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
