📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Performing internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
• Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance organizational performance.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
• Conducting compliance checks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control.
• Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
