📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote Bright Bloom Abadi products and services through various channels, including social media, events, and word-of-mouth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into our business strategies.,Assist in organizing and participating in events, workshops, and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collect and analyze market feedback to help improve our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals and targets.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform our marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for our products and a desire to promote our brand.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
