📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and qualified to operate the vehicles.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with our mechanics.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our operational goals.,Handle any issues or concerns related to the fleet, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
