📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
