📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the Supervisor in training and developing new team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with the operations of the industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
