📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to drive product sales and market share.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the retail sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the sales team.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities to boost product sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all retail channels.,Provide training and support to retail sales representatives to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
