Puskesmas Putri Geprek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to our patients. You will work closely with our General Manager and other senior staff to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including patient care, staff management, and financial management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and the overall performance of the facility.,Work closely with the General Manager and other senior staff to develop and implement strategic plans for the facility.,Ensure that all staff are properly trained and qualified to provide the highest quality of care to patients.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.,Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and guidelines are met and that the facility is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and guidelines, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
