In this role, you will work closely with our dedicated team of collection agents to monitor and follow up on outstanding debts. You will utilize various tools and software, such as our in-house collection management system and CRM software, to track customer accounts and communicate with them. Your daily tasks will include calling customers, sending reminders, and negotiating repayment plans to ensure maximum recovery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track outstanding debts using our in-house collection management system and CRM software.
• Call and communicate with customers to remind them of their outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Send reminders and follow-up emails to customers to ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with the collection team to ensure efficient and effective debt recovery.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the credit department to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Provide regular reports to the management on collection activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and collection management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
