📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop the team, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Prepare and present daily reports on sales, production, and expenses.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the bakery.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the baking industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and quality standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
