📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control the BarFab and DieFab processes using advanced tools and software, such as SECS/GEM and FactoryTalk.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct process validation and qualification to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document all activities and maintain a detailed record of the manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on BarFab and DieFab processes.
• Familiarity with SECS/GEM and FactoryTalk software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
