📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Assist in creating user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.
  • Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in the software.
  • Work with developers to ensure technical accuracy and usability of documentation.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training programs.
  • Contribute to improving documentation processes and tools.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
