📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and sales tracking using POS systems like SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotional events and merchandise displays.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and display techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
