We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Agung Anggi Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the medical center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with medical center operations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
