Diamond Bit Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Learning and Development initiatives, creating engaging training materials, and facilitating workshops and training sessions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Learning and Development team in designing and delivering training programs.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to improve our programs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain and update the company's learning management system (LMS).,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including scheduling, coordinating, and attending meetings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or instructional design is a plus.
