📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Promote the brand and participate in marketing activities to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the automotive or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry is a significant advantage.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
