📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections on all vehicles to ensure they meet safety and compliance standards.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and repairs using SAP Fleet Management.
• Track vehicle locations and usage patterns using Google Earth to optimize fleet performance.
• Collaborate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and certified for compliance with local and national regulations.
• Identify opportunities for improving fleet efficiency and cost savings.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and compliance status to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Fleet Management and other fleet management software.
• Strong knowledge of local and national vehicle regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
