In this role, you’ll spend your days preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. You’ll work with a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques, from grilling and frying to baking and sautéing. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team will be crucial, as you’ll need to coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure that every dish is prepared to perfection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet food production targets.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve dish quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are prepared to the satisfaction of our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
